Ladomat, 2002
I don’t know much about this artist, but this album’s incredible. The sound is rich, textured, and precise. These tracks harken back to the golden days of Detroit techno. Virtually every (apparently untitled) track is a favorite. The Babel Fish translation of Ladomat’s Web site says it best: “One believes to see the last moments of a metamorphosis at whose end an evenly metallically resplendent unit could stand.” If you can find this LP, it’s highly recommended.
